Guest guest
I second the yoga/meditation/breathing suggestion. Also, I have friends who have a 'noise machine' that helps them sleep, other friends have soothing music playing all night long, and I would suggest napping during the day if you can. I find I sleep better if I nap with ds during the day. Good luck! It appeared intwo fashion magazines in August 2005. Following its publication, concernswere raised by people who were offended by the ad. We immediately removedit from the marketplace, issued a press statement and apologized to eachindividual who had expressed their concerns. I can only reiterate Ogilvyregrets that this work caused offence and offer to you our sincereapologies. The work is undoubtedly controversial. We want to apologize for any offencecaused and are sorry for hurting your feelings. It is the job of creativeadvertising to generate stand-out and competitive edge for brands. Agencieswill always push at the boundaries, but we recognise that in this instancethe line had been crossed. The debate about what is and is not acceptable in advertising contentpredates and will long outlive this particular incident, but we havelearned that the line between acceptability and giving offence is a thinone and one which must be constantly monitored, whatever target audienceyou are trying to reach. In this case, we crossed that line and we regretit.Yours sincerely,Jan Van AkenCEO Ogilvy BelgiumOffice: +32-2-5456639E-mail: jan.vanaken Start the year off right.
