An online source would be great. she wears about a toddler size 8. I thought ballet shoes could be satin or cotton, but all I've seen is leather. She also suggests Dance Distributors, 800-333-2623 (no website, but catalog available). As an adult, I know I've been able to get canvas split-sole shoes, but that was in NYC. I noticed that this company had ballet shoes just the other day while looking under leather alternatives at the VRG.org web site. Hope they have your daughter's size!
