Guest guest
> Lori Lugar asked: > Does anyone have any recommendations on what I should tell my 2 year old son about why other people eat meat and he doesn't?< My dd is almost 2, so I don't have any experience with this, but I have done a lot of reading. Some people say something to the effect that everyone eats what they feel is right and we think that eating meat is wrong (tell reasons). Also, you might say that each person has to make his own decisions and we can't force people to conform to our ideas about right and wrong. Wearing her (apparent) faith on her sleeve could be sincere and it could also be " dressing " to mask her true agenda. Remember the KKK, Jim Jones (the " preacher " from Jonestown) and David Koresh were supposedly christians too. People SAY anything. I am also 6'2 " , 195 fit and lean pounds of bronze muscle and have a head of thick black wavy hair. I am a doctor, lawyer, real estate mogul, and philanthropist and live in the French Riveria. Yeah RIGHT!! Cheers, Brian (short, bald and living in Mississippi, oh yeah and a modest dresser)

LOL The fact is none of us knows what Amy's true intentions were and we won't unless she tells us - so none of us are right and none are wrong. Isn't the goal of veganism to live compassionately? Where does our compassion for living beings end - or should it end? Do we stop at the non-humans or do we include humans? I just think there are kind ways to get our points across without lacking compassion and being unkind. Whether she was spamming or not is not my point. My point is that every living thing deserves compassion and kindness. If that isn't possible then there's always the delete key and the " block sender " option. Guest guest
Hello all, I think it may be time to shut the door on this one. I must admit the last few postings have made me laugh but can we please move forward. The past is not where we are meant to dwell. May you all have a grateful day! Guest guest
Yes I am married and OF COURSE you can introduce me to your sister ( ;^D}= LOL And your point about us not knowing anything about Amy was well taken and perhaps we should consider that. BUT . . . . to start " selling " in your first post on a forum board does look a bit like spamming and those who called her down were not out of place. I have not noticed any rebuttal from her yet and were I " wrongfully " accused of spamming, I would clear the air immediately. If in fact I WAS innocent!
