Nutritional Yeast

Nutritional Yeast is really good and had lots of uses. It has a savory, mild

taste and adds a lot of flavor. Add it to soups, sprinkle on potatoes, use

in stir fry, bake it on tofu with soy sauce (make a paste and brush it on).

I sprinkle it on popcorn. We really love it. " The New Farm Cookbook " has a

lot of basic kid-friendly recipes which use nutritional yeast.

It comes in flakes and is very light, so you can easily use 2-3 tablespoons

in one recipe. I make a mac-n-cheese w/ no cheese which uses 1 cup. So don't

flinch about buying the big bag. If you can find a store with bulk

containers then you can try a small amount, first.

only see it in huge containers and I don't want to buy one if I'm not going

to like it.

been about five years since my last pregnancy.
