Guest guest
<PRE> It has a taste, that I have not quite tasted before. However, I am just learning to throw it in alot of sauces/casseroles. It does give it a cheesy taste. I also grind up almonds and mix with salt and nutritional yeast for a delicious kind of " parmesan " . Not knowing where you are, I am not sure you can buy it in bulk. I go to a local co-op that has a huge bulk selection. I take probably a 2 cup bag and fill it! I am looking forward to more experiments with it. So are my three children. Good Luck, Tracy
