No need for panic, most likely your child has become aware of certain information and feels that it is in his/her best interest to become vegetarian. Your child might have come to you and said something like this " I won't eat anything with a face. " As a loving parent you understand their compassion but as a caring adult you need proof that this is a healthy choice your child has made. Well, you found a great place to start.
