Guest guest
Irene, I tend to agree with what you have said. I've read abt not drinking cow's milk too, and when I drank it while bf'ing Val, she had a reaction- blood in her stools. I did an online search and it turned out that it irritates her intestines and causes blood in the stools. I stopped drinking milk, and the problem ceased. I also find I have less mucus after stopping milk. For the same reason of not looking for substitutes, I never like to go for all those " fake meat " stuff. Never understand the veggie sausage thing either. Whole foods is much better, and more economical than taking smth and adding all kinds of stuff to it and making it look like or taste like some sort of meat. Do you buy oat milk, or do you make it yourself? I only managed to find one recipe on-line and tried it, but it requires cold water and has to be drank cold, which is smth I don't like. I am Chinese, and refrain from cold foods in general. If you have ideas, I wld love to hear them! Guest guest
Ah well, just to buy into this argument for a moment, I find that 'political' describes anything that people don't agree with and can't be bothered to or haven't the knowledge to refute. As for your question, Gene, how can any speech or action (or silence or inaction) *not* be political?? Sigggghhhhh. Ya know?
