I have to admit that I am one of those people who enjoys the meat substitutes:-(

I think it is because I miss some foods that I grew up with. For example

whenever I go back to the States I love picking up some of those veggie

corn dog things. I used to LOVE to eat corn dogs when I was little, and

although it might not be the healthiest food, it is such a treat. Also veggie

sausage and bacon to go along with North American pancakes and Maple Syrup.

Yumm Yumm!!!

 

This doesn't mean that I don't eat whole foods regularly, just that I do

enjoy the occasional " comfort foods " of my childhood...
