Dancing with the K

The K works in ways that are mysterious for us people ensconced in the

realm of the rational, the logical, and the normal. A very moderate

Catholic by background and a skeptical atheist for most of my life, I

was put in the presence of Hindu Devas by the K, and now I pray to

them on a daily basis. Also, I would have never thought of dancing to

the K (in fact, I found the idea of sacred dances pretty corny), but I

found myself doing it spontaneously: arm and spine kryias at first,

then a full-fledged " cave woman " dance with feet stomping etc. Boy,

did it work! In fact, on two occasions the energy I generated through

the dance shook the king-size bed my husband was sleeping in, leaving

him terrified! ;-) As the energy moves through you, your body moves

with it. If you try to stop the flow, you are hindering the process.

Self-consciousness is a burden that the K will help you drop.
