I took a workshop from Chris Mitchell a year ago last July 29. It was not the workshop he does now as he was instructing employees at the local blood bank and wasn't in the official seminar mode, so well anyway, He gave me shaktipat and inside 3 months i felt the kundalini beginning to stir in my lower back. I practiced his techniques exactly as he taught them and i got results not only with the energy but also in my dream and spiritual life . it has all been a positive experience for me and safe as I have only had one heat experience that surprised me but was quickly brought under control by a breathing technique Chris showed me. greetings and blessings...i'm considering taking that activation class in santa cruz. can anyone tell me of their experience of this workshop? i've been interested in kundalini for many years but have never encountered this opportunity. is it effective? is it safe? thanks....-steve
