Guest guest
....... if you are experiencing fatigue do to Kundalini it is often a sign of the energies direct competitions with each other ie a strong flowing high energy will sometimes kidnap weaker less powerful energies into its flow depriving the body of the familiar feelings. The normal body electric versus the Kundalini and the K will always win. The body electric eventually turns into the K after a period of time. Blocking the energy with foods or otherwise could result in some very painful situations. For fatigue do to the Kundalini I would suggest allowing the K to permeate as much of the system as possible first. By meditation, prayers and hatha yoga. Going slow in the postures and deep in the breathing. Daily, force yourself. Secondly I would suggest the 5 Tibetans the first one in particular, Daily, go easy and do not exceed 9 then build to the 21 reps. Not the best time for toxic foods. I had this at one time and it may be hanging on to you longer because of certain activities you may be engaged in ie smoking or alcohol or an attitude that this fatigue has sculpted within you as you have been suffering so long. If you have been harboring the attitude of blocking or directing the energy in any way instead of allowing it to go as it wants to then you will impede the flow and cause blockages and disruption in the energetic conduits. If you haven't already, surrender totally to the energy. I feel that bee pollen and apple sauce in the mornings is good for wake up energy. No coffees or teas or anything containing caffeine. At all anytime of the day or night until this is resolved. The K needs the Adrenals in good shape and caffeine tends to sap them of energy. So the K will take it from somewhere else, your liver for example. I apologize for getting a bit graphic here but 8 years is way to long to be suffering so Ill go ahead and say it. If you are having sex great continue but stop the seminal loss. No ejaculation. The 5 Tibetans will make you feel energized and happy in those areas but do not go there. Retain the strength and energy that comes with keeping the semen in the body. This is only temporary and until the new energetic system is in place and functioning properly and only if you are a man - its opposite for women. Drink plenty of clean water ie no fluoride or other toxins. Stop any activities that may cause uncontrolled energetic releases. Like anxiety. Be assured that it is no accident the K has selected you and that you are going to be fine. Some adjustments need to be implemented thats all. There is more but I do not want to step on any bodies feet any more then I may already have. You know being so new here. Try these scenarios. - blessings to you and yours - chrism

Guest guest
What are you referring to by numbers of reps of Tibetans and " the first one in particular " ? Guest guest
First Tibetan can be beneficial in the encouragement of energetic releases for a system that has been unbalanced by an extended period of time due to KS. 8 years in this case. As always in these situations it is good start slow and then build up the reps. - chrism Bret Arenson <bretarenson wrote:What are you referring to by numbers of reps of Tibetans and " the first one in particular " ? Guest guest
Sorry about the blue lines. John Matheison is a Kundalini person in Australia practicing the acts of kindness and helpfulness. A good lesson. I support him in this endeavor. I do not agree with all that he says but I whole heartedly agree with his intent and the courage he shows in helping others in need. the Hatha Yoga is concerned. Out of all the yogas the Hatha yoga pradipika is the oldest and is the grandfather of all other forms of yoga that have their origination point in India. Patanjali wrote it as if he were K awake or was listening to someone telling him what to write and this person was kundalini active. Mapping the routes and activities of the Kundalini as it courses thru the human systems. It has been said to be the best of the Yogas for the dissemination and preparation for the paths the Kundalini will wish to take within the idea that as unique as we all are there are also similarities and these paths are the similarities within an activation event. Spreading the K. Everywhere it wants to go. Having the person allow the K to have its way with them. Keeping their tongue to the roof of the mouth behind the upper front teeth and adopting a caring and loving approach to life in service of others- these are the tenants of a positive and beneficial K flow in my experience. And I try to practice what I preach. I feel you know of this John Matheison, if it isn't to bold of me to say, you also seem to practice these values. K teachers are not easy to find certainly not those who have raised it and survived without having themselves been taught in the process. You are a rare and valuable gift to your list and all those around the world who are able to partake of the advice you give. You are in Australia and so I will abjure to you. Yoga instructors are not K people. So I can only advise stevgj, from a long distance, to take it slow and try to make a difference in his condition - and I think this will occur. The patterns of probability support it. Stevgj has what I call in my K practice a stagnation event. The energy isn't moving as it would like to so it is draining the human system of energy by circumventing the stagnation area and draining energy away from it. K doesn't always blow through a blockage sometimes it will go around it.The adrenals, the liver, pancreas, genitals, intestines are power centers the body uses for energy. If they become starved for energy that would have the effect of slowing the person down tremendously. Just adrenal burnout would have this effect especially if caffeine is being consumed to compensate. This is of course contingent upon the idea that Stevgj isn't abusing a chemical or refusing the K its due by going into resistance and trying to control the energy. Huge mistakes. With dire consequences.- Peace to you both - c
