Guest guest
Hi KAs, I just want to say hi. I'm new to the group. I've been very interested in the Kundalini for 14 years, and actively started seeking it out last year. Divinity seems to have blessed me with introducing me to Chris. I'm at the point now where I have to get physically and emotionally strong enough to handle the awakening. I also have a bunch of fear issues to sort through, and a heart chakra in need of some major healing. Right now, I'm working on beginning stuff--alternate nostril breathing, forgiveness, gratitude, and meditation with a mantra. Since it was recommended to me to do a gift of service to the community, I am choosing to go to a local senior community and find a person that doesn't get a lot of visitors and establish a visiting schedule with them. I went by today, and got the phone number of the right person to speak with--the activities director--who will hopefully be able to hook me up with someone. I guess I have to take baby steps right now, which is okay with me. Any one else starting, or have any advice?
Guest guest
Hi Holly, Welcome to the group. Doing service for others and exercising selfless love will help you heal your heart chakra and it will take care of your fears, too! Love is what leads you to realize that you are one with all that is. Once you understand this not just with your intellect, but with every cell of your body as well, there is no room left for fear--fear of what? Guest guest
My path has been a on going 10 year path of self discovery. Following my inner guidance a lot of the time, and opening up my self to the great unknown, at the University of life. At this point in my journey ,my discipline and your teaching are my next areas of focus and growth. When the student is ready the teacher appears, is how I see us crossing paths again at this point in my life. Time for me to buckle down and get series and see how deep the rabbit hole is. ciao - Wednesday, September 28, 2005 3:31 PM Re: Re: Hi Kundalini Awakeners Welcome Richard, Welcome to the list Richard Hobbs.
