Guest guest
OK. I have mentioned this before. Move the energy. Move it inside yourself. Move it to others by helping them however that occurs. This will ease any pressure and bring the Bliss. The Bliss is a manifestation of love upon the human physiological systems, amplified by the Kundalini. Physical love. As if love were a tree or water or any other noun. Not sex. Keep the tongue to the roof of the mouth. It wants to move. If not allowed or channeled into a form of releaseit will form pressure and pain. So let's move to physics. Why does pressure exist? Because one force comes up against an equal or closely equal force. A stand off occurs. And energy builds, and the result is the surrounding environment experiences pressure. The container has pressure. So one force must change the equation or it will continue to pressurize until the stronger or more persistent force wins out. Simplistic but Im working against a battery in this small cafe in northern California with no outlets. Heh! Under pressure so to speak. Anyway I have found that purposeful, intentional love towards others in need can relieve this pressure within the K state. This is a divine force and it responds to divine communication of which manifested love is one of the languages. This is why I teach healing to the folks out here, though not at the last seminar. It's more then just an act of goodness. It's an act of depressurization. It is a safety valve. And it will bring BLISS. So there is that. Another way to bring on the Bliss, a different frequency of it, is the opening of the spinal channels thereby adjusting the K flow to the top of the head. This is an interior move that is hard to describe. At the end of a chair sit with the spine straight and allow the natural spinal curvature to be intact. Between the base of the neck and the height of the trochanters of the hips one can adjust the K flow by bringing in the muscles of the diaphragm up and inward, by tucking them gently under the rib cage. This is an EASY movement. Not allot of effort required. The K active person will feel the spinal channels widen as this occurs. Now look to the brow of points between the eyes above the nasal bridge one inch. Many K folk see a light shining here. Stare at it. The flow will respond as the pineal network takes this clue and opens the cranial lotus points to respond to this increased flow which will then manifest as Bliss as it enters the Lotus spreading the Kundalini across the meridians and points. This will continue for as long as you maintain that adjustment and soon with practice you begin to get the hang of it. Do this in tandem with the language of intentional love and wham! You will be warm and Blissed to your max. Dry heaving with sobs of bliss, do not try to control or stop this heaving, it's the bodies response to this type of voltage. Tears may stream and let them. This is the mega wattage Bliss. Cant do to much while having it. Except to let it take its course. This is the love bliss, its somewhat different then the All that Is Bliss. There are different qualities (frequencies) of Bliss. Saying all this to say it is within you to work with and achieve. No pain with this and release from the cranial pressures if your having them. - Just do not go to the bathroom in this state as you could faint....blessings - c amaargi <ama_ar_gi wrote:
Guest guest
question please... does tongue at roof of mouth mean right behind teeth, or further back at soft palette? thanks -steve
Guest guest
Hello Steve, For initial activation behind front upper teeth, There is a fleshy mound there. Tip of the tongue placed there. For others in the shine of Kundalini there are 5 points on the soft palette, First position behind front teeth, second at the back of the fleshy mound, third in the concave area or valley behind the mound , fourth on the peak at the far end going towards the back, at the edge of the valley, fifth curled back into the uvula for the Amrita. blessings to you -chrism " deep dance1 " <deepdance1 wrote: question please... does tongue at roof of mouth mean right behind teeth, or further back at soft palette? thanks -steve
