No not only are your name choices not a source of

irritation i don't even notice it. My name is

officially George Ann and has always been a rough fit

for me as well as others, my sister got Cynthia Leigh

(rolling off ones lips in a lilting manner or a perky

Cindy) George Ann always felt kinda clunky on top of

which I get a lot of junk mail aimed at prostate

cancer as I am often mistaken name wise for a man.

What I have noticed over the years is that people find

their own version of the name which works, so i am

George, Georgie, Georgianna, Georgeena, Georgia, etc

etc

and my dad( who of course name was George big

surprise)as a child called me Buck or Buckshot. A name

I'm happy to have left in the past. When I need to

reserve a place in line like at a restaraunt I just

use Annie. I haven't found a name i resonante with

better than George Ann like the karma I came in with I

figure best to work with it as it is, so i just stay

with it, and the best I can say is that it is unusal

and contains equally the Masquline and Feminine .

 

So having riffted on my name for a bit, the answer is

have at it Chris come up with one that feels right and

over time ill probably anwer to it. but no offense

taken
