Sun salutations

Hi Patti. I take regular synergy yoga here in Encinitas, CA with a master

who started the

program. We start the session with a salutation to " All the Great Ones " ,

pranayam breathing exercises, alternate nostril breathing and then we do sun

salutations. These can be done

anytime separately or along with other exercises. They are great to get the

heart rate and

energy up. The Divine has encouraged me in this yoga for purposes of

keeping my chakras

balanced and my energy clear.
