Indegestion, sore lower back, sometimes the sleep cycle is disturbed until

balance has been acheived. Remember go slow and gradual. Headaches and expanding

kidneys, are helped with copious amounts of watermelon or just plain water.

These developments should prove to you that this is a real thing not another

fanciful seminar experience but the real deal. So once again as these

challenging events occur, be as thankful for them as the enjoyable ones as they

are part of the entire picture.
