Hello All,

For those who received the practice at the seminar. Please

remember the Diamond Body, as a shield against unwanted incursion. As the K

comes up the adrenals will be stimulated and feelings of anxiety can be

experienced. Water, watermelon, Alternate breathing for balance can effectively

diminish these symptoms. Try to bring amusement into your life and remember your

joy. If you are experiencing difficulties please write me on or off list that

more comfort and a smoothness to your flow can be initiated. - love to all -
