[Kundalini_Oz] Over heating

Hi Chris,

 

Very interesting, please continue :) Also, a question

about the heat which I have heard K women ask: How do

we know thats it's kundalini and not a hot flush

('flash' in the USA?) of menopause.

 

Often a sponteneous K awakening can happen during a

life crises (male and female) which does include

mid-life crises for women.
