I had two k-induced hot flashes a year ago, and everybody jumped to the conclusion that I was approaching menopause. Had the cold flashes, too. It happened at about the same time, during meditation, and I was chilled to the bone. Back then I didn't know what it was, and didn't know what to do about it. I just crawled under the blankets an shivered till it went away.
