Guest guest
The second aspect is the cold. Coldness will appear as part of the polaric quality of a Kundalini condition. Hot, cold, black, white and so on. It is the Kundalini activation of the Lunar channels. Just as the energy will activate ,enhance, and amplify the body's other systems, so too will the lunar channels not be spared. There can be moments of intense chill. No amount of heating or layering or hot water will help as this is from the inside out. Many people at this point, ignorant of the Kundalini, will consult an MD with, typically, less then appreciable results. As the energy begins the transformation of the Lunar channels a trembling of the body may occur. Shivering, but amplified to a stronger form. It can be scary. But it will also pass. Unless a preconditioning or aberrant protocol has been initiated. Like drugs. Or injury. Then there is the Apana, the powerful left side of Shiva. Don't go there unless you are really confident in your intentions. Some of the few but powerful methods to orchestrate comfort during these periods is the Solar breathing as previously discussed, an intended Kundalini event like the insole technique previously described, and breathing from the base center to the top center (chakra). Infusing each with pranic bursting. The first Tibetan may also achieve this effect - no less then 21 - left to right. Another quality is that of patience in this regard as the transformation will take some time but will reach a point of relative stasis and comfort. - blessings -chrism
