Guest guest
Oh Hello- Anyway, this idea of dismemberment frightens me. I am also frightened by the prospect o seeing some specter activity like Selena has described. When I was a boy I would ask any ghost that might be there to not show themselves to me. I think I still feel the same way. I have had many experiences with entities, benevolent and otherwise, but I have only felt their presence except on one occasion. I do want to see something on the ethereal plane, but not sure I would like something other than the beautiful ball of light that radiates love and peace. But this all leads to my story of last night. I awoke in the middle of the night from a series of odd dreams (which I won't go into). As I was awakening laying on my back I heard these words, " Don't let the big one bite or the bits will die in your sleep. " So pronounced was this that I repeated it to myself to not forget it. Other than having a nice poetic sound to it, I wondered if it had to do with dismemberment as this has been on topic on the list and has gotten my attention. Then over the next couple of seconds a loud roaring came up in my ears that I felt as a buzzing pressure all down my ear canals to my ear drums like the wind blowing in my ears. I started as well to feel a strong static electricity feeling all over my body and in my closed eyes I started to see vibrating fields and arcs of light. I thought that this must be what others speak of in their K experiences. I surrendered to it trying to get further into the dream like feel of the experience, but I kept thinking of the words I heard. Was my dismemberment imminent? But I wondered, how do I surrender to this while still being protective of the bite of the big one? Then I heard foot steps prowling on the wooden steps that surround my room, a sound that usually peaks my attention. I thought again, surrender, surrender and trust my diamond body, all the while getting more nervous about the prospect. As the steps came to my door my vigilant mind pulled me away from the experience, the steps faded as did all the other sensations and it felt as if I awoke again but still finding myself in the same position, laying on my back. So now I am in a minor quandary of weather this was a half dream of a K experience or a K experience, though I am sure would say it doesn't really matter. Guest guest
Testing the fear response is a continual aspect until they are cleared and our attitude is one of joyful omnipotence with a strong Bhakti finish. blessings - chrism Bret Arenson <bretarenson wrote: Oh Hello- Anyway, this idea of dismemberment frightens me. Guest guest
Tara, Bicycles are self propelled. The K also propels itself. This dismemberment will occur for you in a safe and secure venue whether you plan it that way or not. Your K is well aware of the responsibilities in your life. As you surrender, things will go as they should.- You are not alone in this process, much love and consideration is being directed to you and yours - love - chrism tara_tuttare <tara_tuttare wrote: Perhaps would post the message I sent to him personally. Would you? This subject has been on my mind continually for the last few days. I have been looking up information on the internet and in books I have to help prepare me. I have given much thought to where I would go to allow this to take place in safety and privacy. Thank you Barbara for sharing your experience. It makes it more real and less frightening for me. Nothing is happening out of the ordinary for me at the moment, other than I have been dreaming alot about riding bicycles, ha ha. Brett, you are probably closer to this than I am right now. They are knocking on your door! Go in courage brother. I want to share a passage I got from a book on Taditional Symbols by J.C. Cooper: Dismemberment: The death and rebirth symbolism of initiation; the necessity of the death of the self before reintegration and rebirth; the two complementary phases of disentegration and reintegration. It also represents unity giving way to fragmentation, multiplicity and disintegration of creation, the many rising out of the One. Dismemberment is closely connected with sacrifice. Gods, such as Osiris, Zagreus, Dionysos, dismembered and scattered and reintegrated, represent the mulitplicity of the manifest world in creation and the final restoration of primordial unity. Mystic dismemberment can be a feature of the initiation of a Shaman. But we already knew this didn't we? El Collie wrote about it in her website as an inevitable part of the kundalini journey. May we all face our own initiation with bravery and trust. Tara
Guest guest
Hi Brett, From my own experience I've found the buzzing in the ears is a sign of an out of body experience, or work being done on us, or by K in some way. I don't know exactly how it works, just I've had it happen so often now I use it as a signal to 'get ready'. Before K awakened I used to have a lot of out of body experiences because of my long meditation sessions so it appears to be related to OBE's and spiritual experiences that aren't only for K people. Also, when the true self is emerging from within it can often be felt that an intruder is trying to get in. This can feel very real and fear arises, usually because of the Ego feeling threatened. It will be so real that we will hear footsteps outside our door or someone trying to break into our home. I take precautions anyway, just in case someone *is* trying to get into the house but usually it ends up it's all in my mind I love and embrace the entity though I did get tricked once into allowing an enitity in that wasn't my own. This I realised was also to learn about 'discernment' and how to use my own hightened awareness to test energies and just check to see who they are and what they want. Part of a Shamanic learning. Eventually it will all settle down and there will only be peace and love, everything else happens automatically and with balance and strength we won't be tested and annoyed by these little events peace Amaargi , Bret Arenson <bretarenson@i...> wrote: > > Oh Hello- > > Anyway, this idea of dismemberment frightens me. Guest guest
Hi Amaargi- Thanks for the input. I am not sure what work was done but this is the second comment that says this is what the buzzing is about. If I didn't hear those steps I would have enjoyed it and I welcome a return. (Hear that Shakti?) I really don't worry about entities. I have dealt with quite a lot of ethereal influence and poltergeist activity in the past. (Selena - Talk about challenging rationality. You throw your arms up after a while. It gets too hard to keep trying to figure it out.) Now a days someone really has to want to talk to me for me to give much of an audience. They just don't bother me any more. I think my own have a guard on me, and they don't have much to say either.
