Hi Bret,

 

In my experience, fear acts as a catalyst for entities. Keep cool and

they are less likely to show up. If they do, shower them with love and

healing energy out of your heart chakra, and they'll turn into

something beautiful, or at least less obnoxious. For a long time,

Chris kept telling me to " control my fear " . In the beginning it

sounded like an abstraction, but in fact it is a very pragmatic piece

of advice. Emotions are energies, and if we work we energies we can

work with emotions, too--fear and love included.

So far I have had no fear responses to my K experiences. Much

bewilderment though. At most I would say I was wary with a sly

attention on the more malevolent presences I have noticed. I notice

very few at all these days. I wouldn't say that fear is one of the

major issues I deal with in my life, at least not the terror type that

the boogey man brings. However it warrants a closer look. It may be

hidden beneath other emotions. Does this make sense? It certainly is

there at the prospect of the boogey man cometh.

 

Chrism, is there a way, process or exercise, to work on the fear

response to clear it or is it something that needs to be tested out of

someone?
