Yes Selena,

You are correct, and most helpful as your experience with

Kundalini goes back some years. Many thanks to you!

John E. for a restart of the bursa sacks around the spine and in other areas

of the body, I would suggest the first Tibetan, basically standing with your

arms out from the body, fingers closed and spinning from left to right 21 times

daily or twice daily. I would also suggest the rest of the Tibetans, there are

five and they will be quite conducive to a restoration of normal endocrine

function, as well as the other systems of the body.

Tai chi is a great way for K preparation. Keep that up and explore Chi-Gung as

well although try to steer clear of fear based martial arts systems. If you can

lie down as Sel suggests do that and begin the Chakra breathing.

I see from your url that your an educator. My compliments to you, and you have

company on this list. Energy isn't quite the way that science and higher

learning would have us believe and saying that I will just cut to the chase. As

you read the thoughts and intentions of the people on this list a form of

energetic transference is taking place.

This form of transference is an aspect of Shaktipat. An aspect, yet powerful

and real in its own way. As you read and partake be aware of the feelings evoked

and the events that begin to occur in your life ie body sensation, feelings of

presence about you, heat without source, cold without source, lights that come

from nowhere yet stay within your field of vision then fade. None of this will

be manufactured by the imagination. Put the psyche 101 on hold for a time and

just allow anything to happen.

Keep us informed of all things that happen that your intuition feels is

different and bring them into this forum that all may learn and partake of each

others experience. Thank you for joining - blessings -chrism
