Use these locks with care and under no circumstance be in a hurry to awaken

the Kundalini. The body must be cleared first. As we go thru life we collect

blockages. These blockages are caused by many factors, much of which is brought

on by the actions of society and social environment. Sometimes physical injury

and Karma will bring on these blockages, so keep this foremost in your mind as

you bring yourself into position for Kundalini release.

Remember these attributes for clearing and bring them into your life NOW thru

conscious action, in real time:

forgiveness, love, trust ,

surrender, diligence, service, gratitude, and honesty

for a start. The bliss and joy will come after the initial spinal sweep.

These are for starters there are more. -

Good point, Chris. I forgot to mention that, like pranayama, bandhas

are recommended for people who already have some experience practicing

yoga--not absolute beginners. Trying to run too much energy through

the system before strengthening and fine-tuning it can blow a couple

of fuses.
