Guest guest
Tara if I may interject, no bhandas yet. I suggest you allow the energy to be where it is for you at this time. You have unresolved heart issues - like most folks - and these need intentional care and releasement, cracking your back and lengthening the spine should suffice for now until you do this work, and before forcing more energy in the heart possibly causing an arrhythmia or severe emotionalism. Please consider this before you start working with bhandas. - love - chrism tara_tuttare <taratuttare wrote: Dearest Sel, Is there a bhanda for the heart? Sometimes the energy gets caught in my chest, just below the shoulder blades. I understand there is a knot there to be untied, and it may take awhile. My body arches very frequently, pushing out my chest and my spine cracks. I do this spontaneously many times throughout the day. I know my heart wants to be opened, the armor wants to be removed. When I sit, pressure builds up in the chest area, and I have to crack my back to release it by pushing out my chest. Since receiving Diksha, I feel joy bubbling up into my chest. Then it explodes inside of me. I have to laugh out loud. It may be working to release the blocks there, but I thought you may have some other tips to help it along. Also, coincidentally, my children said they were very happy during the weekend that I was receiving Diksha. We have had a very joyful reunion this week. Thanks Chris for cautioning me about getting energy that could be transfered to my children. For any of you who have children, and loved ones close by, what you seek effects them as well. Be choosey, and practice discernment. Tara
Guest guest
Here is the reason for the Triadic activations. When the Kundalini starts to invigorate a persons body things can become very wonderful and frightening at the same time. If a person hasn't done the clearing or purifying before this event(s) the blockages can occur and psychological imprinting can form an illusory foundation of pain, paranoia, and in some cases panic. What is called the Kundalini Syndrome. To ameliorate these issues I have found that conscious giving and sending and receiving of loving intended service will greatly reduce if not completely remedy these conditions. With the seminars and other students they may write of my insistence on the gift of service for the healing and clearing of stagnant energy conditions. This is what I insist on yet so many outright refuse or choose not to engage in this part of the practice and suffer the consequences. Many people have a problem in giving help to others. The fear factor, the embarrassment factor, the time factor, the safety factor, the where do I start and where do I find those who would appreciate my help factor, All these " factors " will get in the way of anyone committing an act of service. These Kundalini Triads are a safe and located, familiar, everyone on the same page format that will not only fulfill the honor and integrity of the service but will have a profound effect upon development and application of the higher skill sets associated with the Kundalini. Service to others is an integral part of the program I teach. The intended use of love for the assistance of another, preferably a stranger. Most people on this list are strangers in the physical sense, those already activated not with standing. Some of us can " see " the person writing the post. The Triads will allow for the continued, intentional, loving activation for the purpose of Kundalini within the guidelines of service.
