Guest guest
All Triads will receive Shaktipat from me. All individuals participating in Triads or not, on this list, depending on communication with me about their Kundalini will receive Shaktipat. The Triads are for the purposes as I discussed in the explanation. They are a platform for service and expressed love through intention inside a Kundalini activated format. - love to all - chrism chrism <> wrote: Tara if I may interject, no bhandas yet. I suggest you allow the energy to be where it is for you at this time. You have unresolved heart issues - like most folks - and these need intentional care and releasement, cracking your back and lengthening the spine should suffice for now until you do this work, and before forcing more energy in the heart possibly causing an arrhythmia or severe emotionalism. Please consider this before you start working with bhandas. - love - chrism tara_tuttare <taratuttare wrote: Dearest Sel, Is there a bhanda for the heart? Sometimes the energy gets caught in my chest, just below the shoulder blades. I understand there is a knot there to be untied, and it may take awhile. My body arches very frequently, pushing out my chest and my spine cracks. I do this spontaneously many times throughout the day. I know my heart wants to be opened, the armor wants to be removed. When I sit, pressure builds up in the chest area, and I have to crack my back to release it by pushing out my chest. Since receiving Diksha, I feel joy bubbling up into my chest. Then it explodes inside of me. I have to laugh out loud. It may be working to release the blocks there, but I thought you may have some other tips to help it along. Also, coincidentally, my children said they were very happy during the weekend that I was receiving Diksha. We have had a very joyful reunion this week. Thanks Chris for cautioning me about getting energy that could be transfered to my children. For any of you who have children, and loved ones close by, what you seek effects them as well. Be choosey, and practice discernment. Tara
