Guest guest
Hi Chris, I promise this is the last time I write to you today. I just wanted to tell you about the experience I had while meditating tonight. I was in my friend's room because we have been talking about meditating together for sometime. She was on the floor on a nice cushion and I sat towards the end of her chair with my back straight. At first it was hard to focus because a girl on my floor was vacuuming the suite and I couldn't get the idea out of my head that it was bothering my friend a lot(which made me for some reason want to die of laughter). Anyhow, I was able to get into a meditative state and I have never felt anything like it. All of this energy streamed into my brain and for a bit a lot of heat was exuded from my body. It felt really good but kind of weird especially in my head. While I was meditating I asked the kundalini to rise up if I was ready and pure enough. I also asked to be forgiven for any wrong doings I had done. I basically repeated that I sought forgiveness, the ability to forgive others, love, light, and God and I was breathing deep while doing this and that is when I started to feel all of this energy in my brain. ~Yasha

Guest guest
Hi Bret, Sorry I haven't been discussing my experiences of late. This week I've been all over the place with school and sports and just being tired. I haven't taken anytime in a couple days to meditate so I haven't had any other experiences but I'll definetly post them as they come. I'm so glad that you enjoy my postings. ~Yasha , Bret Arenson <bretarenson wrote: > > Hi Yasha- > > So what's happening now? > Please keep your communication coming. > Your messages make me happy, they feel very real. > > Bret > > > On Jan 29, 2006, at 7:09 PM, shay_39_pisces wrote: > > > Hi Chris, > > I promise this is the last time I write to you today.
