Guest guest
dear chrism... here are my suggestions for nutritional support towards theresa's healing -in order of priority (but i feel all are important): 1. cellfood by lumina health (nutritional and detox), as directed 2. holy basil by new chapter (adrenal stress support), 4 daily (2 in a.m.,2 in p.m.) 3. rescue remedy by bach, several drops mixed with water and sipped throughout the day 4. DLPA (an amino acid helpful for chronic pain) 2-3 daily, between meals 5. Relora by lifetime or now -if acute anxiety persists, especially before bedtime. ....other important nutrients would be a decent multi (by new chapter), a potent fish oil (with at least 500 mg of DHA/EPA daily), and calcium/magnesium in moderation. i feel all of these are safe and non-interactive with medication. of course, she could ask her doctors or do the research on the items listed since i don't know what medications she may already be taking. blessings! -steve
Guest guest
Hello Steve, Now as you have worked so well let us deepen and expand the meditation. Really focus the intention. What is it you want to have happen and so forth. As you have increased the five now increase your ability to forgive and release the desire for fairness. Fairness to you. Act as though all that occurs is already fair and just and adopt this new perspective in a way that will affect how you feel about others and your self. Really begin an intensive healing of your emotional body -
Guest guest
You are correct in that we learn at an individual pace. When I last spoke with you at that veggie food place in Santa Barbara you mentioned what had occurred for you in Chicago. Remember the Yogi Man and the SSss's? Perhaps you can add this to your practice as it was a real development for you. Perhaps you would care to let the group in on what occurred for you then if it is comfortable. If not just do not respond. Blessings Steve and keep going! - chrism
Guest guest
dear chrism... thanks for the suggestion and encouragement. this evening, after the 5 tibetans and alternate breathing, i focused above the brow and started with the sa, sa exhalations. after awhile i was getting a solid power-feeling around head, neck and shoulders. so that felt pretty cool. then i recalled that a co-worker handed me a slip of paper today with the mantra, na myoho rengyay kyo printed on it. i began thinking on that mantra to myself on the inhalation (tongue up) and doing the sa's on exhaling. then i just started belly-laughing til i got tears in my eyes. it just seemed as if the syncronicity of things was the goddess' way of playing with us and it was funny. love & blessings to all... -steve f
