Love over fear

Hi everyone,

Just want to share an interesting experiece I had. I got up this

morning feeling extremely tired and decided to go back to sleep even

though I had a math class. I woke up again about a half into math

class and still decided not to go because I just didn't feel like

it. I got my chemistry stuff together to go work on it in the lounge

upstairs in my dorm. During the day the lounge is empty and so much

natural light gets into the room. It's very nice and peaceful. So I

get up there and set up there with the intention of doing work but I

have this headache and I still hadn't found the motivation to do my

work so I decide to try and meditate in the chair. Then I decide to

go lay on the couch and meditate. It was really nice. While I

meditated I asked God and those who are of positive energy to help

me in my spiritual quest. I also asked for assistance in having my

fear washed away because I feel that I have all this fear inside me

and I don't want it there anymore. Anyhow after I opened my eyes I

saw all this blue all around me. The room was just full of this

beautiful and somewhat electrical light blue color and I felt safe.

I went back into a meditative state with my eyes shut and this light

came to me and asked me and I knew it was there to help me because

as I gazed at it I felt this loving energy in my heart. I was still

a bit scared though and opened my eyes. I thanked whatever it was

that came to help me and asked for the light to come again. I went

back into that half awake half asleep state and the light came again

and then I decided to try and stay lookin at it. I began looking at

the brow of points and I saw all these purple colors and I saw eyes.

It was really kinda creepy and although I wasn't scared I didn't

know what was going on and so decided to stop. As I right this I

feel that my fear is dissipating and I hope it continues to do so. I

also hope I see that light again.
