Guest guest
Chrism and all, You'll be happy to know I am through with the caffeine! I gave it up. And now I sleep ALOT. Fortunately, my current schedule allows for some cat naps in the afternoon. I just feel so very tired these days. The kundalini is not roaring as much. I think my adrenals are recovering and I am giving them that opportunity. Interesting -- I went from not being able to sleep to wanting to sleep all of the time. I can sleep for 12-16 hours a day! Is this going to change? My feline self loves it, but cannot function in the world this way. Waiting until the energy returns, patiently. Guest guest
As you allow the body to rest the rewiring of the system is at its maximum. So rest and sleep are essential to the process. Not forcing a shot of adrenaline from the adrenals every morning is a definite plus and helps those organs come back into their natural balance. This is a passing phase and will show response when the body is ready, bear in mind how long the system (body) has been in constant striving for balance inside the stimulants ingested and you may feel that a bit more sleep for the realignment is GOOD THING. You, Tara, are having a plateau event and in this regard assimilation of the new frequencies requires some down time. Try to get as much rest as possible and then communicate to your guide (her) that you must function for work and kids and a schedule will be devised if it is appropriate. - I'm in San Diego and will be offline for a time - blessings to all - chrism tara_tuttare <taratuttare wrote: and all, You'll be happy to know I am through with the caffeine!
