Guest guest
Hi Sel, I'll make a few general comments, and hope that others will add their impressions. The seminar is about half lecture/discussion and half group body-energy work. The discussions were very casual and touched on a lot of subjects. seems to be knowledgeable of just about everything (!) and so we didn't even come close to touching on all the subjects that we could have, including some that may have been intended. This is one reason (of many) to want to go back for more. For me the energy work in groups and pairs was an important part of the seminar, even though my understanding of it is very sketchy. There were people there from very different backgrounds with very intense personal energies, and we were guided to exchange energies in various ways. I hope to experience this more, and with a clearer understanding in the future. The setting in a custom home near the Del Mar beach was very beautiful. Some of us went for a walk at lunchtime and I walked on the bluffs overlooking the ocean in the morning both days despite the turbulent weather (we had a hailstorm among other things). I'm still somewhat in the afterglow of the event, able to experience things in a much richer way (emotionally) than usual. Otherwise no explicit sensations, signs or symptoms. It seems to me that it takes a lot of work (the " practice " ) to maintain or augment this feeling, and inevitably one is faced with the back-to-work-routine syndrome, and then it's a tug of war between outer and inner lives. At the moment I'm worried about work interfering with K rather than vice versa, in the absence of any really " pressing " physical sensations. Maybe this will yet change. I can start by getting off the computer! Guest guest
Thanks for the description, like Tara I felt a lot of energy movement in myself this weekend. Its great to have personal descriptions from people. I guess a lot of us would like to give up work and follow ''spirit'' ..............but ''spirit ''would boot us back to some kind of work quickly i think. I will look at my schedule and see if it conects to the next Seminar's,(when they are posted). So pleased you found this fruitfull John, and i'm sure things will open for you. God Bless, R........................... - nologo3 Monday, March 13, 2006 3:02 PM Re: Seminar Hi Sel, I'll make a few general comments, and hope that others will add their impressions.
