Just a few minor changes for John R.:

 

1. Have been reminiscing over recent days - feeling a little sad and

nostalgic as I make renewed judgements on my life story.

 

2. My intake of caffeine, sugar, etc has been much lower and my mood

swings have had to go uncompensated. Water melon has been soothing,

pink stains over my clothing not withstanding.

 

3. Any negative encounters with people seem to produce- how can I

best describe it - little concussion knocks in the brain.

 

4. A feeling like swarming of ants homing in my base chakra (no,

nothing to do with the watermelon), a movement of the tongue towards

the roof of the mouth, tightening of my brow as I meditate and my

head tending to go backwards.

 

 

Can't help you with a photo yet (you're not missing an embodiment of

charisma). I have to go to Europe in May for my daughter's wedding,

at which time my wife will buy a new phone-camera for my daughter's

photos and I will send you my photo (uncharacteristically well

dressed) immediately on my return to Australia.

Hi All.

I do notice energy flow in different ways every day at base and upper Ckakra's.

The Heart is developing nicely.

Felt it most strongly this last weekend as the Seminar started actually on the

Friday night,

and then thro the Saturday. A gentle feeling of electricityjust underneath the

skin,and a strong

pulse of energy down to the bottom of my feet .........actually to a specific

point.

I would say that there is a slow increase in energy flow,happening from day to

day.

But no visitations or increase in extra sensitivities for the senses that i'm

aware of.

Fatigue has been the main struggle for some weeks now,it just won't seem to go

away.
