Hello Richard,

Nice to read your balanced activity. As the Kundalini

takes her route with in you the fatigue will continue for a time. This allows

the body to come to terms with the influx of the new and stepped up energetic

expectations. So sleep when you can, meditate as much as possible, and open more

and more that the body gets acclimated to the new flows -

Thank you Chris your words are always are very helpfull.

I will do as you suggest,my work schedule has been different too.Like it has

been slowed down by ''upstairs''.

I do feel a gradual increase,but nothing i cannot handle...yes i am being

re-wired i suppose you could call it.

What about all of us taking Flax Seed Oil,i have been told this helps to lay

down new neural pathways.Builds the nervous system for higher voltage?

Will give a report on the other ''patient''soon.

Flax oil, from the seed. Barbara has some input on that I believe. Choline

bitartrate, inosital, Vit. C complex. Zinc and selenium. It is important to give

the body its needs for the development of the neural pathways but what you have

right now is enough to take you all the way. Just keep the body nourished and in

balance by the practice and by intentions of love towards all - blessings -
