I can't recall who recommended the Thanksgiving book, 'Twas the Night Before

Thanksgiving by Dav Pilkey, but I was at Barnes and Noble last night and

(surprisingly) they had it so i read it.

It's a really cute story! And I love the " protagonist " name - farmer Mack

Nugget. LOL

I'll go back and buy it when I have some $$ on me. So if anyone's

wondering, it's a good little story and I think it was $15 list price.

Don't be confused, there's another book by the same name, by a female

author, with a *very* different ending.... :/

I just bought the Twas the Night Before Thanksgiving book by Dav Pikley. I

just love it. I'm planning to read it at the preschool I do nutrition

education in next week. Definitely worth it.

You know, another book I saw at Barnes & Noble that I think was very

veg-friendly for Thanksgiving was Franklin's (you know, the turtle)

Thangsgiving. Unless I missed something, it made no mention of meat or

turkey or had any pictures of such. It was all about getting the vegetables

ready for thanksgiving dinner. If someone sees it, correct me if I'm wrong.
