Guest guest
Thank you guys so much! for some reason i've been stressing so much lately. Which doesn't help much for someone going through infertility treatment. Between my 13yr old dd and 5yr old ds, the beginning of school coming in January, house remodel and a very bad 3yr old mattress,(breath), i'm trying to keep my sanity. Thanks for all you guys offer. Guest guest
I agree about yoga, but I do find yoga difficult to do as a parent- seems I always end up with someone crawling over me or screaming while I'm trying to center! So I would say that exercise of any kind and fresh air are crucial for combatting stress. Don't let the weather get in the way of your sanity! Get out and get moving!
