If you could afford classes that would be an excellent thing to do, all for yourself to be pampered. For anyone with small children try the video Yoga Kids! This is great if you want to fit in some yoga and your little ones are all crazy. My kids love it! It wouldn't hurt to teach them while they are young about the importance of good exercise.
