Also, don't forget it is possible for women to nurse adopted children. There is

a process to make yourself lactate. Contact LLL about it. Seriously!

That is a wonderful idea, but she said that the baby is nine months old already,

that would be really difficult to teach the baby to nurse and she probably

wouldn't even know how to " work " a breast anymore.

LLL is a great resource, so is Mothering Magazine. Mothering has a wonderful

discussion board where I'm sure you'll find other mothers who have nursed their

adopted children. Good luck.
