Hello!

 

It was quite fun & interesting reading abt what others experienced during

pregnancy. I think I lost the shrimp craving already, maybe becoz I'm taking

the New Chapter prenatals!! New Chapter's products are rather ex, but they

are very good, highly absorbable becoz it's whole foods- real extracts of

good wholesome stuff, and not synthetic chemicals. It was tough to put down

the money, but I think it's worth it. btw, my herbalist, who recommended me

to New Chapter, said she always asks her clients to go to their pharmacy n

ask for detailed print-out content of their prenatal vits, and guess what-

ever so often, they contain caffeine, sugar, and all sorts of preservatives

n fillers!! yikes.

 

I found a book called " Every woman's guide to eating during pregnancy " . It's

great, coz they have plans n recipes for veggies, vegans,

lactose-intolerants who need calcium, etc. Even ideas for no-cooks or

reluctant cooks! I've only skimmed through but found it rather

comprehensive, n I always give a nod to anything who acknowledges n accepts

veg*n! oh, the authors are: Martha Rose Shulman & Jane L Davis.
