Guest guest Posted February 3, 2003 Report Share Posted February 3, 2003 I wouldn't assume that you're missing anything in your diet. I was very fatigued during all 3 of my pregnancies. I was vegan for the last 2 but a meat eater for the first one. It was so bad with my son that something simple like loading the dishwasher was a major effort. In all cases the fatigue hit me at about 8 weeks, so it is not too early for you to feel this way. My doctor said that the fatigue is caused by the hormone Progesterone. It does subside somewhat as your body adjusts to the hormone changes. Good luck!
