Sounds like we need the recipie for that one! I asked vegetarian times

magazine to redo the artichoke recipie my sister had to make it veg and they

never did it in their monthly column. Now, it sounds like we may be able to

get it from you. Please... I miss that recipie so much and she moved far

away, so I may never get it again. Everyone loved it and I never even

tasted it cuz I was vegan, but I knew it had to be good. Thanks.

Sorry so late answering this but i've been a bit busy. I would have to agree

with everyone else. Veganaise is the best i've tasted so far. We use to eat

Nayonaise (gross). I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. However my daughter

likes it because that's what she's use to eating and my son could care less.

But for myself and my husband we prefer the Veganaise.
