Guest guest Posted February 10, 2003 Report Share Posted February 10, 2003 Hi everyone! My family and I LOVE pasta and I have been wanting to try to start making my own from scratch for years. My husband has recently bought me the pasta making attachment for my kitchenaide ( sigh... what a great guy), but now I need some recipes. I have found tons of recipes but all of them contain lots of eggs ( We are vegan). I know of a couple of substuitutes for eggs but are not sure if they would work in this application. Please help!!! Please note that I do not need recipes for using/ preparing premade pasta, as I have zillions of those, What I need are recipes for pasta dough that I can extrude through the dies of my new pasta maker. Ps. all types of pasta/noodle recipes are welcomed as we really love pasta/noodles of all sorts.... ie, wheat, rice, and styles of all ethnicities! Thanks a bunch! Debbie Mail Plus - Powerful.
