We add a tablespoon or two of flaxseed oil to our breakfast smoothies with frozen bananas and a variety of other fruit, yogurt or tofu, wheat germ, soy milk, etc. It's an easy way to include it early in the day. In our grocer's refrigerated healthfood section they also carry flavored flaxseed oil. I get the cinnamon flavor for smoothies.
