We have begun to question the ethics of animal farming and the consumption of meat. My husband and I have decreased the amount of meat in our traditional recipes, and are preparing meatless meals more often. I hope this dietary change will lead to a gradual transition to vegetarianism. I look forward to learning more from this group.
