It's very rewarding to free yourself of animal dependency. Congratulations on making the decision to eat less meat. How many children do you have, and how old are they? I have a 3.5 yo boy, he's been veg*n all his life, I've been vegan for just over a year after 11 years of vegetarianism. Once I made the switch, I never have looked back. Let us know how we can help!
