Guest guest
Hi Patricia, I'm always looking to expand my non-eggs recipes, so do post them!! Many thanks! As for Ener-G, I heard from some others that it causes constipation?? Cheers, Janis > >For baking I usually use Ener-G Egg Replacer. I've never heard that and I've never experienced it myself either. My family has been using it for years with no ill effects. Frankly, so little of the powder goes into most baking recipes that it's hard to see how it would have that big an effect. It's not made out of anything terribly exotic. ---- Patricia Bullington-McGuire <patricia The brilliant Cerebron, attacking the problem analytically, discovered three distinct kinds of dragon: the mythical, the chimerical, and the purely hypothetical.
