Hello all,

I've got two food-related qns... seems like food is all I think abt

these days!

First, I've searched the entire internet, I think, BUT- is there a

vegan sub for ONLY egg yolks or ONLY egg whites in a cake recipe? I

know what I can use for whole eggs, but not when only part of the egg

is called for. We eat eggs, but sometimes our vegan frens' kids come

over and they feel really bad not being able to eat my cake & cookies

becoz they contain eggs. I feel bad too! So if you know of the

mystery ingredient, pls tell me! :)

 

Second qn, I " accidentally " bought some Cascadian Farm's Potato Spud

dogs when they were on sale, and dd loves them! She seldom opens her

mouth so WIDE when I feed her! I wld like to try making them myself,

anyone has a good recipe?
