Guest guest
Hi, I have a 14 month old baby boy, and I'm still nursing him. I think it would be a good idea to add some b12 in my diet. I'm pratically a vegan, so I was wondering with anyone know a brand of vegan b12 supplements... Thanks Anna
Guest guest
We like twinlab B-12 dots (make sure you get the ones that say " vegetarian formula " ). I liked the " straight-up " B12, taste-wise, as opposed to the Dibencozide B12 (or something like that). I don't know what the difference is, but when I was taking the basic B12 I was not registering a deficiency. ~Doh ---------- " I believe reality is a marvelous joke staged for my edification and amusement, and everybody is working very hard to make me happy. Guest guest
Its not a supplement really, but do you use nutritional yeast? Its great to sprinkle on many things. Red Star is a good brand. Also, many foods are fortified with B-12 (some cereals, soy milk, etc.) , " Anna " <macknighta> wrote: > Hi, > > I have a 14 month old baby boy, and I'm still nursing him.
