Guest guest Posted March 20, 2003 Report Share Posted March 20, 2003 My kids see others eating cheese at school (we try to keep them on a vegan diet) and are asking for cheese " without animal fat " . Can anyone recommend a vegan cheese substitute product with relatively low sodium (optimally, under 100 mg/serving)? [it always surprises us how many vegan products (which we use for health reasons) contains high levels of salt (which we seek to avoid for the same reasons).] Thanks for your help.
