Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I hope all are well. I just got back to school from spring break. It was one week and I obviously did no homework what so ever. Anyhow, I've been keeping up with the posts but haven't been meditating as much as I should be. I really do want to awaken my kundalini but I know I haven't been committed as much as I should be to do so. This may seem like a foolish question but I don't really understand how I'm supposed to go about raising the kundalini. Although, I haven't been meditating consistantly, I have definetly been trying to live moment to moment in love and I am constantly forgiving myself and others for bad decisions and any pain inflicted. My main problem I think is completely surrounding myself. I guess my big question is where do I go from here? Thanks for reading and I hope all are well. With Love, Yasha
Guest guest
Hello Yasha, Welcome back. So activation (for me) isn't about doing a certain thing and then wham! It happens. It is more about conditioning the soil of a human soul, thereby conditioning the body to hold the Kundalini charge. Thereby practicing a surrender of control as the charge permeates the body changing and modifying the human mind and soul so that as it continues the physical organism can hold more and more of the charge for the purpose of helping and loving and moving the energy more and more. Moving in the direction of divinity in a body in a much more pronounced way. From my point of view you are still in the conditioning state and this is a very important place to be. What you do here in this state will determine the quality of your flows tomarrow. Keep practicing and be patient you are not being ignored and your progress and activity are being monitored. Please begin the 5 Tibetans once a day. Slowly and no more than 6 reps to start move into more as you feel able - but go slow. - begin your meditations in your student lounge again and remember what has occurred for you there - no worries - blessings - chrism
