Guest guest
Hi, Yesterday after I did the five tibetans and prayed and meditated a bit I then took a nap. I didn't really sleep though and began to see the swirling purple colors at my brow of points and then I started to involuntary shake. I was not scared because I was in a place of love and it faded away. It then happened again. The shakes were not violent. Does anyone know what was going on? Thank you. Guest guest
The shakes can be associated with Kundalini activity or with the onset of an illness. Did you feel temperature variations inside or outside? Did you feel energy going up the spine or your back? Out of body experiences can also have a shaking phenomena at the begining - just my take on it - anyone else? - chrism shay_39_pisces <yoi1 wrote: Hi, Yesterday after I did the five tibetans and prayed and meditated a bit I then took a nap. Guest guest
I believe I felt heat in my lower spine and a bit in the left side of my chest. I don't think it was the pretense to an out of body experience because when I experience that its I get a head ache and feel paralyzed. With this I did not feel paralyzed. Guest guest
Dear All, I have experienced shaking like or more of a buzzing (to my perceptions) feeling when the energy raises in me and fill up my body.It is mainly in the chest area and hands, upper body but again I do a lot of healinhs so that is normal In regards with heat- well that is different-I do feel(nearly constantly my Muladhara and sometimes Svadhisthana hot, especially Muladhara as I am sitting on fire and I got to the point I am so used to this so I don't really pay much attention on it. Also, when meditate, very often my whole body is so hot and I start sweating which I believe is cleansing and nothing but Mother is cleansing the house ) Anyones thoughts on this? And heat in general, even now when typing this message my hands are burning but again that is all normal for my perceptions:)...just makes me drink more water Another thing is ...I wouldnt say shakes but twitching muscles mainly in the limbs which I used to experience now and then while meditating or phisically realigments of the body so the energy can flow freely in me like a river Thank you for listening. Guest guest
Dear Friends,, Do directions affect the meditation. I mean when i was doing reiki myself by facing north direction it was calm and cool. but when i seat facing on east side or south east side then i get myself very hot even i seat under the fan, drinking lot of water still i fell very hot. an itching started on fingers and base of first chakra. when i do reiki by facing on west or south i feel very sleepy and mental blocking as if i do not have any thoughts in my mind. do any body have experienced this. I am asking the group what will be correct direction for doing meditation. Waiting for the responses and suggestions Regards Hemant sarceto <sarceto wrote: Dear All, I have experienced shaking like or more of a buzzing (to my perceptions) feeling when the energy raises in me and fill up my body.It is mainly in the chest area and hands, upper body but again I do a lot of healinhs so that is normal In regards with heat- well that is different-I do feel(nearly constantly my Muladhara and sometimes Svadhisthana hot, especially Muladhara as I am sitting on fire and I got to the point I am so used to this so I don't really pay much attention on it.
